With close to a decade of engagement, Joey started his public speaking journey in 2016 at Fort Meade, Maryland (USA) at the Global Transformers Toastmasters Club . Since, Joey has actively participated in International speech contests, served in all club officer positions, and contributed to district-level committees at Toastmasters. His true passion lies in coaching and mentoring, empowering others to achieve their goals by sharing his expertise and motivating them with his unique A.C.E. (Adaptability-Commitment-Evolving) and T.A.P. (Talk-Ask-Personalize) frameworks. This commitment to personal growth and development makes him an excellent advisor and coach for TEDx speakers, helping them craft and deliver compelling talks that resonate with audiences globally. Currently serving as a Training Manager in Germany, Joey's professional experience further strengthens his ability to guide and develop effective TEDx communicators.
