Queermentor – Training & Empowerment Network gGmbH is a non-profit organization committed to empowering LGBTQIA+ individuals and their allies in both their professional and personal lives. The organization provides a unique support platform, offering free mentoring, coaching, training, and networking opportunities designed to foster inclusion, diversity, and equality in the workplace. At the heart of its mission is a mentoring program that connects people from the queer community with experienced mentors from a wide range of industries, helping them navigate career challenges, build self-confidence, and address personal development goals.
